Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

The charges are partially revised and recognized to the extent that they do not infringe the defendants' right of defense (the obvious part of the facts charged, such as company name).

Defendant

A is the representative director of corporation E, and Defendant B is the representative director of corporation F.

In July 2012, the Defendants concluded with the Council of H development project agents in relation to the “H development project” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and concluded a site creation and infrastructure construction contract with the Council for the said project complex. On September 2016, the Defendants was notified of the rescission of the contract by the Council of H development project agents representing the victim I, and the victim J was selected as a new construction company of the said Corporation.

1. On November 9, 2016, the Defendants obstructed the work of the victims by preventing their employees from entering the construction site to enter the construction site in a way that, around November 18, 2016, the service company employees are mobilized at the construction site at the above H development project site and prevents access roads to the construction site on vehicles at the construction site.

2. On November 11, 2016, the Defendants obstructed the work of the victims by preventing their employees from entering the construction site in accordance with paragraph (1) at the construction site of the above H development project around 05:00 on November 11, 2016, by preventing them from entering the construction site for the progress of the project.

3. On November 12, 2016, the Defendants obstructed the work of the victims by preventing their employees from entering the construction site in accordance with paragraph (1) at the construction site of the above H development project around November 12, 2016, by preventing them from entering the construction site for the progress of the project.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the work of the victims.
