On February 3, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.10% on blood alcohol level around 00:30, the Defendant operated B rocketing car from around the Busan Station located in the Seocho-dong of Busan to the customs intersection road located in the central office of Jung-gu of Busan to the customs intersection in Busan.
