Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from October 1, 2007 to April 22, 2016, was employed by the victim CD head of office in net City B, and was engaged in the management of the contribution and withdrawal money paid by the believers.

On August 1, 2015, the Defendant voluntarily consumed KRW 4,130,00 in the same way five times from September 1, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table from around September 1, 2015, while receiving KRW 180,00 from five,00,000 to five, who was in the occupational custody of D for D sexual parties under the pretext of backing from E, and at that time, paid KRW 170,00 in the name of E for personal purposes.

As a result, the defendant embezzled the victim's property in breach of his occupational duty.
