1. Summary of the facts charged in this case

A. On September 14, 2015, the General Assembly of the National Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter “the General Assembly of Labor”) agreed in principle on the structural reform of the labor market at the Economic and Social Development Council (hereinafter “Labor and Social Affairs Council”) on September 14, 2015, the agreement of the Labor and Labor Relations Council was strongly contrary to “heatity”, and the policy was prepared that “the power of the strike was lowered due to the increase of the public interest in the structural reform of the labor market.”

Accordingly, the Korean Civil Labor Union shall hold a large scale of "large-scale large-scale public substitute competition" jointly with civil and social organizations, such as democratic behaviors opposing the "Regradation of the value of rice, ratification of the Korea-China FTA, placement of the company," etc., which took place before and after D's death (on November 13, 1970), against the national farmers' association, such as the Federation of Farmers's Federation, etc., and against the "former D's dissolution of the company, placement of the company," etc., and jointly with citizens and social organizations, such as democratic behaviors opposing the "Regradation of the history textbook".
