1. Facts charged;

A. On September 14, 2015, the General Assembly of the National Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter “the General Assembly of Labor”) agreed in principle on the structural reform of the labor market at the Economic and Social Development Council (hereinafter “Labor and Social Affairs Council”) on September 14, 2015, the agreement of the Labor and Labor Relations Council was strongly contrary to “heatity”, and the policy was prepared that “the power of the strike was lowered due to the increase of the public interest in the structural reform of the labor market.”

Accordingly, the Korean Civil Labor Union shall hold a large scale of "large-scale public substitute competition" jointly with citizens and social organizations, such as democratic activities against the "Resancing of the Korean Farmers' Federation" against D's Domination of rice value, the ratification of the Korea-China FTA, and the TPP accession, etc., and jointly with citizens and social organizations, such as the Korean e.g., farmers' association, such as the Korean Domination of the Korean Farmers' Federation, and the dissolution of the E political party, and the placement of the company.
