In the first instance court, the Plaintiff sought a payment of the amount of KRW 339,039,00 in the difference between the legitimate compensation for damages for the expropriated land and the compensation for losses for the expropriation, and ② resettlement settlement funds, KRW 9,302,49, KRW 8,640,188, KRW 1,472,087, including the relocation funds, KRW 358,453,774 in the amount of KRW 9,652,000, KRW 48,173,656 (i.e., increased compensation for losses, KRW 29,386, KRW 500, KRW 99, KRW 850, KRW 509, KRW 509, KRW 830, KRW 584, KRW 581, KRW 987, KRW 987, KRW 3700). The first instance court rejected the claim for the increase in compensation for losses due to its ruling.

However, only the plaintiff appealed against this. Since the plaintiff does not dispute the dismissal part of the judgment of the first instance and the relocation settlement money, relocation expenses, and director expenses, this part was excluded from the scope of the judgment of the court.
