The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry of evidence Nos. 1, 6-1, 2, 7, and 9-1, 2, and 10 of evidence No. 1-1, 6-1, 2, and 10 of evidence No. 1-2.

(c) Compensation for losses (1) by the Central Land Tribunal on April 23, 2020: Total amount of 803,619,690 won (the details of the compensation are as listed below) for relocation settlement funds, such as expenses for relocating facilities and operating income, 468,882,980,916,50 21,250,2500 24,900,000, 12,000,000,000, 12,500,12,508,8902,161,320 (2) for appraisal corporations and appraisal corporations: G and appraisal corporations;
2. The allegations and judgment of the parties
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion was planned to keep the gold-type 5, which he had kept in a separate factory, on the first floor of the building underground that was expropriated by the instant business, but was unable to keep the gold-type due to expropriation, and thus, the Defendant should compensate for the amount equivalent to KRW 25,00,000 at the gold-type market price.
B. As shown in the relevant laws and regulations, Article 75(1) of the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects for buildings, standing trees, structures, and other things fixed on the land (hereinafter “buildings, etc.”) as seen in the judgment.
