A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for eight months for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties by Seoul Southern District Court, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year by the same court on August 17, 2012, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment on March 31, 2014.

Criminal facts

1. On April 12, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime at the C convenience store from around April 12, 2014 to around 21:58 of the same day, the Defendant continued to commit the act of disturbance and interfere with the victim’s operation of the convenience store by force for about 40 minutes by force of 40 minutes and by force.

2. On April 18, 2014, the Defendant committed at the convenience store from around 16:30 on April 18, 2014 to around 17:08 of the same day, without any particular reason, performed an act by entering tobacco into a water and a convenience store without any particular reason, drinking at the cooling house, and drinking at the victim G (V, 21 years of age) who is an employee, and performing an act by taking a bath to the female customer who intends to calculate the goods, and continuously performed a bath to the female customer on the tables installed in the table in the front of the convenience store, and obstructed the victim’s convenience store’s operation by force for approximately 38 minutes.

3.
