A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the C convenience store in Seocho-si B on April 23:47, 2018; (b) took a bath to the victim D (the 62 years of age), who is an employee of the Defendant, without any reason; (c) obstructed other customers from calculating the goods purchased by customers by taking a trial fee; (d) prevents the victim from arranging the display stand by blocking the front of the victim; and (e) prevents the victim who intends to continuously arrange for the display stand, and (e) intending to take one bread in the display stand without calculating one bread, and (e) intending to take a bath from the victim, and thereby interfere with the victim’s convenience store management and business operation by force by avoiding the disturbance between 23 minutes of the disturbance.
