Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 16, 2020, at around 20:45, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (the 26-year-old, south) on the first floor of the B building underground, on the ground that the victim C (the 26-year-old, south) resisted the Defendant’s behavior, such as viewing the Defendant’s behavior outside of the instant case, in other rooms, from the D where he works as an employee, and preventing the victim C’s horse satisfing.
