A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered for violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

On April 2, 2014, the Defendant acquired the Dt XG car from a person who was unaware of his name in front of the C Hospital designated in the Gu-U.S. Hospital B, but did not register the transfer of ownership within 15 days without justifiable grounds.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

On April 2, 2014, from around 12:13 to June 12:13, 2014, the Defendant operated a Dt XG car that was not covered by mandatory insurance in the Gumi, lurg, etc.
