A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has violated the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days without justifiable grounds, even though it paid 120,000 won in cash at the place of Ansan-si from an unexpected person known at the website of “B” in 2014.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a CESM car.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of the said EF rocketing or other automobiles.

On August 4, 2015, no one shall operate a motor vehicle on which no mandatory insurance has been subscribed, but the defendant operated the motor vehicle on which no mandatory insurance has been subscribed from August 4, 2015 to the road specified in paragraphs (2).

4. A defendant who violates the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) shall not obtain a driver's license on August 4, 2015.
