1. The Defendant, in sequence, shall each point of the attached Table 1, 5, 6, 4, and 1, among the land size of 195 square meters in the Gu-si Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the Plaintiff.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant, who installed the instant facility, has a duty to remove the instant facility to the Plaintiff and deliver the attached appraisal map corresponding to the said facility site to the Plaintiff in sequence with each point of (b) 1, 5, 6, 4, and 1.

2. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
