Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 24, 2016, from around 20:00 to around 20:15, the Defendant: (a) operated the Victim D representative E on the nine-story C shopping mall in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and (b) operated the Victim F G G by the victim’s division G, “H” program experience site; (c) the above E did not timely pay approximately KRW 1.7 million of the cost of performing performance hall repair work; and (d) continuously fluencing the outer wall of the performance hall and continuously flucing the above G with the outer wall at the bottom of the outer wall; and (e) marked the Myanmar-flucing door into the outer wall, marked the floor and goods of the performance hall with the back of the performance hall, and made customers evacuated with the surrounding activities.
