Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 14, 2014, at around 21:40, the Defendant, upon receiving a report that “D” located in Cheongju-si, U.S., and “I are suffering from disturbance without paying the drinking value”, the Defendant insultd the victim F, a slope belonging to the E-district of the Cheongju Police Station E-gu, the Cheongju-si, who was called the Defendant at the site, by openly talking the victim for about 10 minutes of “this schee, v. and v. will grow up on the day?”
