1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 2, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 1, 2008, the Plaintiff received a promissory note as of May 4, 2008 and awarded a discount to the Defendant and C at a face value of KRW 37 million, and on May 4, 2008.

B. The Plaintiff presented a payment proposal of the said promissory note on the date of payment, but was in default due to the shortage of balance.

C. The Defendant and C prepared, on November 8, 2008, a certificate of loan that the Plaintiff would pay KRW 37 million to the Plaintiff by March 8, 2009.

2. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay the above 37 million won and damages for delay to the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
