1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 13, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. From February 29, 2008 to June 11, 2008, the Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 37 million to the Defendant.
B. On January 18, 2009, the Defendant would pay the Plaintiff KRW 37 million up to March 31, 2009.
“The” has drawn up a certificate of borrowing.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above KRW 37 million and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a duplicate of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
