A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was aware of the victim C (36 years of age), the victim D (29 years of age) who had the same intention through the search at the “twitter,” a social network website, which was a person who was frightening a suicide due to usual family ties, depression, depression, etc., and tried to talk directly with the date, time, method, etc. of suicide.

1. A person who commits suicide or attempted suicide;

2. The Defendant, at around 18:00 on October 27, 2016, thought that he/she would attempt suicide again with the victims at the same place as paragraph 1(a) of Article 1, and divided the shares of their own shares, and then purchased in advance after mathing, his/her residence.
