Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2015, the Defendant committed assault to the victim when her hand knife the victim B (son, 18 years of age) and her scam in front of the 6th apartment house in the Yasan-si, Yasan-si. On September 6, 2015, on the ground that the victim B (son, 18 years of age) and her scam was scambling.
