A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Special larceny by Defendant B and C;
A. On August 29, 2016, the Defendant in collaboration with B and C, and around 03:5 on August 29, 2016, at F E-T operated by the victim E in Guro-si, Seoul, a bicycle locking device, intrudes into the entrance door, opened the side door, and the Defendant and B intruded into the said M-T through the above side, thereby thefting approximately KRW 1,445,500 of the total market price of the victim’s possession with approximately KRW 50,00,000 of tobacco, such as 28 pieces, fruits, sam, sa, and drinking water.
B. On September 1, 2016, at around 03:26, the Defendant, in collaboration with B and C, cut down 60 Rawls equivalent to KRW 50,00 of the market value of the victim who was covered by a vinyl at the same time, and the Defendant, on September 1, 2016, loaded the said cremation site into the vehicle and stolen it.
2. Special larceny by Defendant B, J, and K;
A. On September 16, 2016, the Defendant, in collaboration with B, J, and K, extracted a type of figures run by the victim N in front of the beauty art room located in the Mag-gun L, G, and K on September 16, 2016, J and K reported the network, and the Defendant and B stolen 57,000 won, the victim’s own glass, and 20 free gifts, such as electronic visibility, from the victim’s possession.
B. On September 17, 2016, at around 02:47, the Defendant: (a) extracted a type of figures operated by the victim N in the Pingingle-gun Pingle-gun Pingle-gun on September 17, 2016; (b) J and K look at CCTV in the direction opposite to the CCTV; and (c) the Defendant and B cut off 70,000 won and 20 free gifts, including the victim’s possession, and the key thereof.

The Defendant, in collaboration with B, J and K, from September 17, 2016 to September 03:3:00 of the same day, extracted from a margrgr, operated by the victim R in front of the beauty room located in Kimcheon-si Q from September 17, 2016 to 04:00 of the same day, J and K reported the network, and the Defendant and B.
