1. Defendants and D’ special larceny
A. At around 03:55 on August 29, 2016, the Defendants, in collaboration with D, stolen from G Mart operated by the victim F, the victim F, the Defendant B, who was locked with a bicycle locking device, intrudes the entrance door into the aforesaid Mart, opened the side door, and D and the Defendant A intruded into the said Mart through the above side, with approximately KRW 1,445,500 in total of the market price owned by the victim and KRW 50,000 in tobacco, such as 1,45,50 in total, 1,45,000 in total, and 50,000 won in total.

A. On September 16, 2016, Defendant A, together with D, K, and L, extracted a type of figures operated by the victim’sO in front of the Nero-Ma in the Gambro-Ma, G, and L on September 16, 2016, and Defendant A and D stolen 20 free gifts, including 57,000 won, the victim’s own interest, and 500 won, and 20 free gifts, including electronic visibility, carried out in front of the Nambro-Ma, G, and L.
B. On September 17, 2016, Defendant A, in collaboration with D, K, and L, extracted from a type of figures operated by the victim’sO in Qingle-gun P on the Qingle-gun P on September 17, 2016, Defendant D and Defendant A cut off KRW 70,000, the victim’s own glass, and KRW 20,00,00, and 20,000, including the two two keyss, respectively.
