Punishment of the crime

The facts are as follows: (a) in order for the former Defendant and the victim to dispute in the office of the company and to compromise them with each other, C was a restaurant located in D in Busan-gu, Busan-gu in order for them to consult with each other; (b) the Defendant, around December 22, 201, in the above restaurant around 16:00, told the victim in the above restaurant that “I will leave the husband’s office and the victim’s book as the head of the husband, and the husband is a woman who has no husband, and the woman is the husband of the husband.” (c) The Defendant openly insultingd the victim in many unspecified places, such as “I am a woman who has no husband, while the human being would have a sound and tin,” and “I am a man.
