A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person shall borrow or lend any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute such medium with respect to the use and management of any access medium connected to a financial account.

Nevertheless, on July 2018, the Defendant received a proposal from Kwikset service clients to pay KRW 50,000 per unit in the case of collecting and delivering a e-mail card containing the e-mail card from (C) to Kwikset Service clients, and agreed to collect and deliver the e-mail card to the large-line solicitation book.

On July 31, 2018, the Defendant, on July 31, 2018, ordered the collection of hand freight containing two heads of the physical card linked to D’s MG Saemaul Bank’s Financial Account (Account Number: E) and the Busan Bank’s Financial Account (Account Number:F) among the express bus freight arriving at a high-sea comprehensive terminal on the same day 21:00 of the same day from the receipt of the solicitation management book of the said Grand Card. On August 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received an order to collect the number of cargo containing one "b" card (the card number: H) connected to the post office financial account in the name of G among the express bus bus bus freight arriving at the Sungnam Integrated Bus Terminal from the management measures for soliciting the credit card at issue; (b) received an order to collect the number of cargo containing one "b" connected to the post office financial account in the name of G; and (c) collected and stored the same on August 2, 2018, at around 18:30 of the same day, the Defendant collected and stored the number cargo at 16, 025, 00, 000, 925, Sungnam-nam Integrated Bus Terminal, Manam-gu, G

Accordingly, the defendant delivered and stored access media while receiving or promising compensation.
