A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. As above, the Defendant driven the B-wing 3 truck under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.198% from the 3km section from the road of the F-Building at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, on July 17, 2020, after passing through the place specified in paragraphs (1) on the front of the building at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and up to the front road of G.

Accordingly, the defendant is not less than twice Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act.
