1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. C’s representative C’s lease contract 1) On December 4, 2009, C’s real estate indicated in the indication of attached real estate from D on December 4, 2009 (hereinafter “instant building”).

) A deposit was KRW 20,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,100,000, monthly rent of KRW 15,000, monthly rent of KRW 15 (Advance payment), management expenses separate, and period of lease from December 15, 2009 to KRW 36 months (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

(2) On September 2, 2011, D sent content-certified mail to C and notified the termination of the instant lease agreement, and D demanded payment of KRW 13,600,000 and KRW 15,070,000 in total as well as management expenses, which were delayed until September 30, 201 and delivery of the instant building.

B. (1) On March 18, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased the entire E-ground buildings from Jinju, including the instant building, in KRW 1,100,00,000, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 16, 2015. (2) On May 1, 2015, the Plaintiff notified C of the transfer of the instant building within one month.

3) From January 1, 2010 to April 1, 2015, C filed a lawsuit claiming that the instant lease contract was terminated on the ground that the sum of the rents was KRW 69,300,000,00, and that from January 13, 2010 to December 11, 2014, D paid KRW 37,10,000,000 as the rent for the instant lease contract. (c) The Plaintiff and C’s related litigation progress and the Defendant’s possession 1) on May 15, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against C claiming that “the instant lease contract was terminated on the grounds of arrears of two or more rents,” with the court’s 2016Ga24,00,000,000,000,000 from January 13, 201 to December 11, 2014, the instant court dismissed the Plaintiff’s counterclaim from 2016,36.6.26.
