1. Defendant C and D jointly share the amount of KRW 25,00,000 to Plaintiff A, as well as the amount of KRW 28,000 to Plaintiff A from December 11, 2015, and the amount of KRW 28,00 to Plaintiff B.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiff A is a party. The plaintiff A is to move to the F building in ASEAN (the multi-family house; hereinafter "the building in this case").
(2) Of the instant building, Defendant C is the owner of the instant building, Defendant D is the representative of Defendant C and entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiffs; Defendant E is a person who registered the establishment of a brokerage office in the trade name of G Licensed Real Estate Agents Office; Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agents Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is a mutual aid business entity who entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant E.
B. On June 26, 2014, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with Defendant D, an agent of Defendant C, with respect to 203 of the instant building, which is KRW 25,000,000, KRW 30,000, and KRW 30,000, and the term of lease from July 5, 2014 to July 4, 2015, and around that time, Plaintiff B paid the lease deposit to Defendant D. (2) On March 11, 2013, the G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office entered into a lease agreement with Defendant D with respect to subparagraph 204 of the instant building at the G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office (including management expenses) and paid the lease deposit to Defendant D by up to 28,00,000, KRW 30,000, KRW 30,000, KRW 314, 2013.
3) Defendant D’s each of the lease agreements under paragraphs (1) and (2) (hereinafter “each of the instant lease agreements”).
(4) On November 3, 2005, Defendant C issued to Defendant D a letter of delegation stating that “I will affix a certificate of seal imprint attached thereto in order to delegate all the contractual acts related to the lease of each household to the instant building as Defendant D’s agent,” and issued a letter of delegation several times thereafter, and issued a letter of delegation thereafter.
