Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was a person who had been working as a candidate for the election of a candidate who was elected by going to the constituency C in Ischeon-si, Leecheon-si, a member of the National Assembly at the 7th simultaneous local election conducted on June 13, 2018.
