Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:08 on January 19, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties by assaulting the Defendant, who is a drinking driver, to go on the boat of the Defendant who is a drinking driver, in the event of drinking traffic accident, and the Defendant who desires to go on the boat of the Defendant who is a drinking driver, to go on the patrol vehicle, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties.
