The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

At around 21:35 on January 27, 2020, the Defendant: (a) in the table of the ward of the ward of the building No. 2 of the building No. 2 of Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu; (b) in response to the Defendant’s refusal, the Defendant threatened the victim D (22 years of age) who was the son of the house No. 22; (c) and (d) during the horse dispute with the victim, the Defendant: “I will throw away the knife, I will throw away the knife; and (d) thrown the knife with the knife.” and threatened the victim.

In light of the judgment, the crime of this case falls under Article 283 (1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's explicit intent under Article 283 (3) of the Criminal Act. According to the records of this case, on May 21, 2020, after the prosecution of this case was instituted, the facts that the victim withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant can be acknowledged. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
