Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of measurement) at the Gwangju District Court on September 2, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 30, 2016.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a fwing cargo vehicle B.

At around 21:50 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant driven the freight vehicle from around 2 km to the road located in the village of the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, where he was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.121%.
