A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

A seized knife (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On May 10, 2014, at around 15:40 on May 10, 2014, the Defendant opened a kitchen with a knife in and around the victim D’s house in the East Sea C, and opened a kitchen in and around the surrounding area, and used a knife to put the victim’s rice 1 horse, swine 600gh and 600g of a swine, a swine flag, etc., and a f0gh and brue 2 disease in and out of the bank.

B. On July 6, 2013, around 15:10 on July 6, 2013, the Defendant opened a door in the victim D’s house located in the East Sea, which was not corrected, and opened a kitchen at the same time, and stored 35,000 won of the market price of the victim’s house in the kitchen at the same time, and stolen it.

C. On October 27, 2014, around 18:00 on the same year, the Defendant: (a) placed a cre in the back of the Victim F in the East Sea E’s house; and (b) placed the victim’s market price on the part of the head of the Dong-si, where the market price cannot be determined by the victim’s crepit and stolen it on the part of the head of the Dong-si

2. Violation of the Resident Registration Act, fabrication of private documents, or uttering of private documents;

A. On October 27, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime around October 27, 2014, at the H district of the East Sea Police Station located in G in the East Sea, around 18:20 on October 27, 2014, the Defendant was arrested by committing a theft of the victim F as described in the foregoing paragraph 1-C, and thus was subject to a summary judgment disposition. As the background leading up to the above earth was verified by the Defendant, the Defendant confirmed the identity of the Defendant, and as the Defendant was thought to conceal his/her status, the Defendant refused to use the other person’s resident registration number by responding to “K: K.”
