1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and the defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three thousand won.
2. Defendant B is the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. (1) On May 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 20:0 on May 3, 2012, at the Busan Southern-gu D Campus (Gu) Library 4, 5 inspection room of the fourth floor, the victim’s possession of cash, KRW 5,000, cultural products, student certificates, transportation cards, and one wall containing each of the Busan Bank Cze Card, in which the market price cannot be known, was stored and stolen.
(2) On May 9, 2012, the Defendant, at around 19:00 on May 19, 2012, placed one of the electronic messages in the Nurian where the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located on a book that could not be known at the same location as that of the preceding paragraph, could not be identified, was placed in the bank where the Defendant was faced, and stolen.
(3) At around 20:00 on May 12, 2012, the Defendant, at the same place as Section 1-A(1) of Article 1-2, stolen one of the following methods: (a) in the same manner: (b) the Defendant, in cash, 70,000 won, which is the victim’s possession of the victim’s F, on a book in which the victim’s F was on a book, and (c) the market value of KRW 20,000; (d) the driver’s license and resident registration certificate; (e) the Samsung Bank C Card; (e) the Busan Bank C Card; (e) the Busan Bank C Card; (e) the body card; (e) the Korean Bank C Card; and (e) the victim’s father’s bC Card
(4) Around 19:00 on May 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen one of the victim-owned carcopers, whose market price cannot be determined by the victim’s name at the same place as Article 1-A (1) in which the victim’s name cannot be identified; (b) using the same method as Article 1-A (2).
(5) On May 17, 2012, at around 20:00, the Defendant stolen one of the financial calculating instruments with which the market price of the victim, who was on a book with which the victim could not know his/her name at the same place as Article 1-A(1), was unknown, using the same method as Article 1-A(2).
(6) The Defendant at around 17:30 on May 18, 2012, the victim G is at the center of the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan Government D Campus Central Library 4 floors.
