1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 26, 2007, the Plaintiff concluded a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with D as the registered insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with respect to the E 4.5 tons of truck owned by D (hereinafter “instant truck”).

On the other hand, the truck of this case was attached with SKY320S cicks.

B. Article 1 subparag. 13, Article 4, and Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Contract of this case include, to the extent of the insured, the insured (a person who uses or manages an insured motor vehicle with the consent of the named insured) other than the named insured, the insured (a person who has obtained the status equivalent to the insured's employer under the name insured's employer or contract, and a person who has obtained the status corresponding to the named insured's employer under the name insured'
