1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 7, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with A, a construction machinery rental business operator, with the Plaintiff on November 7, 2013, to compensate for losses incurred by the insured’s physical disability or property damage caused by a sudden accident that occurred in the facilities owned, used, or managed by the insured for the performance of the work or the performance of the work, including a construction machinery business operator’s special terms and conditions (hereinafter “first insurance contract”).

Article 1 (Definition of Terms and Conditions) The definitions of terms and conditions are as follows.

13. Insured: Any of the following persons eligible to file a claim for compensation with an insurance company; the specific scope of the insured shall be at the risk of complying with their respective coverage items:

A registered insured: A policyholder shall be designated from among those who own, use, and manage an insured motor vehicle and shall be the insured specified in the name of the insured column of the insurance policy.

(b) Family Insured: A person who uses or manages an insured motor vehicle as a relative to live or live together as the registered insured;

(c) the Insured is the person who uses or manages the insured motor vehicle with the consent of the Insured.
