Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and on December 1, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Gesung Vocational Training Correctional Institution.

1. At night, around 03:40 on January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered a locked building in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) entered a guard room in the toilet by using a spit in which the victim D, who is a security guard of the building, has carried the room in the toilet; and (c) sold, which is the victim’s possession, in the said room, has a number of LG G3 mobile phoness amounting to KRW 900,000,000,000,000 won; (d) one military blue-flus room containing a passbook and a seal; and (e) one flusspact with the female cosmetics kept by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned or managed by the victim at night by intrusion on the victim's structure.
2. On December 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) left a vehicle parked on the street while suffering from economic difficulties because of lack of any particular occupation after being released from the facility; (b) had the victim G parked in front of the F restaurant located in Seo-gu Incheon, Incheon; and (c) on January 24, 2015, around 04:07, the Defendant attempted to write down the knife by hand the knife of the driver’s seat of the vehicle located in front of the F restaurant located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (d) did not open the door.
At around 04:10 on the same day, the Defendant continuously tried to open a door by hand even the driver's seat of the Victim K, which was parked in front of the JJ located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and each vehicle, but the door of each vehicle was not opened.
Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal money and valuables on the road within six vehicles parked on the road, but attempted to do so.
