Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:40 on September 15, 2013, the Defendant openly insulting the victim by speaking to “this Chewing, in accordance with this principle,” on the ground that the victim C (the age of 57) who is an employee of the company B (the age of 57) that maintains the order of the airport should not make the Defendant refuse to take passengers, at the taxi platform of the Kimpo Airport located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Airport, and on the ground that the victim C (the age of 57) who is an employee of the company B that maintains the order of the airport would not cause the Defendant to refuse to take passengers.
