Defendant
A is the I University Environment System Engineering and professor, and Defendant B is the J University Chemical Engineering and Faculty.
On March 2005, K received a request for additional defects of professors, who are not authors, in the book " Q", which is a joint work of K, N,O, and P, from M, which is a business employee of L, and accepted it.
R, S, T, U, andV received a request from M in March 2005 to add R, S, T, U, and V to the above book as the author, not the author, and accepted the request from M in December 2009. The defendant received a request from M in addition to the defendant A who is not the author, not the author, from the above book, and accepted the request from the defendant B, W, X, Y, Y, and Z as the business employee of AA and AB in March 2015, and accepted the request from the defendant B and W, X, Y, Z, and Z as the author, not the author, and the defendant AC, AD, AD, AE, AE, AB, and AB, not the author, AE, but the above AE's consent from the publishing employee of A and AB in September 2015.
M around March 10, 2005, at the L Office located in Mapo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government around March 10, 2005, Defendant A, R, S, T, U, and V published the books added to Defendant A, S, T, U, and V as the official seal in the name of the book publishing L in the book, and additionally published 1 plate around December 10, 2009. M and AF published the books in the name of Defendant B, X, Y, Y, and Z on March 6, 2015, even though the books were not the official seal of “ Q”, M were published in the name of Defendant B, X, Y, Y, and Z as the additional publication of the books under the name of Defendant B, Y, Y, Y, Z.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with M and AF in sequence and made the work public by indicating the real name of a person other than the author as the author on March 6, 2015.
