1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From September 22, 2006 to August 31, 2015, the Defendant was in charge of credit and receipt while working as an agent at the D Saemaul Savings Depository located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, as an agent.

On December 7, 2012, when the defendant loans KRW 340 million to victims E, the defendant established a right to collateral security on a building in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, the defendant, after deducting the direct handling fee from the loan, shall additionally deduct KRW 339,174,80 from the amount of KRW 340,000,000,000 from the amount of KRW 75,000,000,000 and KRW 825,200,000,000 from the amount of KRW 339,174,80,000 from the amount of KRW 34,00,000,000 from the above amount of KRW 34,00,00,000 from the amount of KRW 825,200,00,000,000 from the above amount of KRW 30,300,000,00 from the amount of loan to the above Saemaul Bank.

Next, the defendant withdrawn the above KRW 1,165,200 from the accounts of the D Saemaul Treasury and executed the above KRW 825,200 as normal stamp tax and fire insurance premium, and the remaining KRW 340,000 as the defendant used.
