A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2017, the Defendant, “The 2017 Highest 369”, “Around August 11, 2017, the Defendant would make a withdrawal of the money deposited in the passbook after preparing one bankbook with no balance, and then withdraw the money deposited.”

The phone calls to the effect that “the money deposited in the name of the accused was notified of the account number of the accused and the money deposited was withdrawn and delivered again.”

On August 18, 2017, financial fraud officers in the name of the telephone, misrepresenting the victim C with telephone calls from the influencies on August 18, 2017, and remitting money to the account known to the account with a higher interest rate to return the existing loan.

“Along with the false statement, the member in question receives KRW 15 million from the injured person to the Saemaul Treasury’s account under the name of the accused on the same day, and calls from the victim D on the same day, and misrepresents the victim D to the investigator of the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor’s Office, and “Along with the transfer of money he/she has obtained to the account that he/she has stolen.”

“A false statement,” which received from the injured party a total of KRW 40 million from two victims by remitting KRW 25 million to the same account in around 14:53 on the same day and around 15:49 on two occasions.

The Defendant, at around 11:11 on the same day upon receipt of an instruction from an employee of his name unexploited assistance, withdrawn KRW 13 million in cash from the Cheongdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong (F), and continuously withdraws KRW 15 million in cash from the Saemaul Undong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong.
