A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized B Members (No. 3) shall be confiscated.

The seized B gift certificates shall be KRW 500,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was on duty in the “E” located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu for four years and retired from office.

1. On March 17, 2018, at night, the Defendant used “E” to store “G” operated by the victim F with the victim F on the fourth floor of “E” on the fourth floor of the above “E” during business hours, and in spite of the end of business hours, the Defendant invaded into the said “G” store where the access to the store was restricted due to theft and theft, and stolen B gift certificates worth KRW 200,000,000, which were owned by the victim in the West.

A victim C with 10th floor around 07:45 with continuous 07:10,000 won, was invaded into “H” stores operated by the victim C, and had been in the state where the victim had been in the state of his/her presence by using the cre in which he/she had not worked.

50,000 won B gift certificates, 26, 100,000 won gift certificates B, 3, 50,000 won gift certificates B, 8, 10,000 won gift certificates B, and 6,000 won gift certificates B (in total, 13,760,00 won).

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure and stolen the victims' property.
