Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On September 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, on two years and six months, and on January 15, 2016, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced each three years and six months, and completed the execution of the combined punishment on September 1, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. On September 13, 2017, the Defendant of larcenyed on September 13, 2017: (a) around 21:40 on September 13, 2017, the Defendant would be the Defendant’s occupation source for the purpose of theft of cash, etc. from “E store” in the “victim D (V, 57 years old) in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
After the commencement of work, around 22:55 on the same day, the Plaintiff stolen the money and valuables equivalent to KRW 1,625,000 in total, which amount to KRW 41,000, the market price of KRW 5,000 cultural gift certificates in the amount of KRW 41,000, the market price of KRW 420,000, and KRW 42,000, the market price of KRW 42,000, and KRW 50,000, the market price of KRW 1,625,00,00.
2. On September 22, 2017, the Defendant committed larceny, around September 22, 2017, at around 14:30, up to September 22, 2017, entered the English Private Teaching Institutes for the purpose of theft of property from the victim G (n, 43 years old) located in F2 in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and entered the office where he/she was located. At around 14:55 on the same day, the Defendant provided counseling with the victim, who was placed on his/her will by creshing the victim’s home, with cash of KRW 16,00,00, one resident registration certificate, two credit cards (one bank, one bank, one bank, one bank, one bank, and one agricultural bank), four card cards (one bank, each of the new bank, one bank, and one bank), with a theft of women’s market price, and one bank.
3. On September 7, 2017, the Defendant committed larceny: (a) around 17:00 on September 7, 2017, the victim victim J’s “K Singing place” on the first underground floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, in order for the victim to enter the main room and prepare for business; and (b) the victim using the cresh of the camera to the lower part.
