Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a sports cargo vehicle in D amount.

On June 18, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo in the 2 tunnel (referred to as the point in the direction of Gangseo 195.9km) of the Jin-dong Highway Jin-dong Highway, which is located in the Jin-Jin Jin-Jin Jin-Jin Jin of Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, and led to two-lanes of the two-lanes of the way in Incheon, toward the direction of the Jin-gu in Incheon.

As a result, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, committed an injury to the victim F, such as catherum cat, which requires a two-day medical treatment of the victim F, and sustained injury to the victim G (V, 30 years old) boarding the said rocketing car, including catum catum cather, which requires a two-day medical treatment, and escaped without immediately stopping the said rocketing car, even though it damages the amount equivalent to KRW 14,881,845 for the said rocketing car, without taking measures such as providing relief to the damaged person.
