A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driving without a license; (b) driving without a license; (c) driving of a motor vehicle; (d) driving of a motor vehicle on duty; and (d) driving of a motor vehicle on the part of the Defendant; and (c) driving of a motor vehicle on the part of the Defendant for the purpose of its business; and (d) driving approximately 10km from the front day of the YY to the front day of the 2 tunnel on the central highway located on the new road in the city of the prime city; and (d) driving of a motor vehicle on the two tunnels along the first lane of the said road on the side of the river located on the front day of the YY.
