A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 4427" shall be an employer who operates a manufacturer of "AV stock company" by 10 full-time workers in the AU of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and an employer shall pay wages, retirement allowances, compensation, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the grounds for such payment occurred if a worker retires.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay the amount of KRW 10,082,519 and retirement allowances of KRW 4,265,298 from February 1, 2018 to August 15, 2019 at the above workplace, as well as the total amount of KRW 70,323,926 of the wages of four workers (AW, AX, AY, and AZ) and total amount of KRW 53,652,206 from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties.

The defendant of the "2019 Highest 4838" shall be an employer who operates the manufacturing company of "AV stock company" by 10 full-time workers in the AU of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and an employer shall pay wages, retirement allowances, compensation, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the grounds for such payment occurred if a worker retires.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay the amount of KRW 9,016,490 and retirement allowance of KRW 10,562,537 of the BA, who worked in the above workplace from June 12, 2012 to August 31, 2019, as well as the total amount of KRW 19,140,490 of wages of two workers (BA, BB), total amount of retirement allowance of KRW 29,829,586, respectively, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties.

The defendant is an employer who has operated the business of manufacturing electronic parts by employing 92 full-time workers as the representative director of the BC (main) in Ansan-si, AU-si, Ansan-si.
