Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employer who operates a manufacturing company by employing six full-time workers under the trade name of Ansan-si member D Co., Ltd. from Ansan-si.

An employer shall pay wages in full to workers in currency, and wages shall be paid at least once a month on a fixed date.

From March 1, 2018, the Defendant did not pay wages of KRW 17,622,700 from August 1, 2018 to February 2019 on the 10th day of each month, which is a regular wage payment day.

When a worker dies or retires, an employer of the 2019 Highest 1554 shall pay the wages, compensations, retirement allowances, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That in special circumstances, the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties.

The Defendant is an employer who employs six full-time workers from the name of "E" in Ansan-si member D, and operates a manufacturing company, and the Defendant did not pay 1,893,511 won of G from October 1, 2018 to February 20, 2019 within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date between the parties.

When a worker dies or retires, an employer of the 2019 Highest 2047 shall pay the wages, compensations, retirement allowances, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That in special circumstances, the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties.

The defendant is an employer who employs six full-time workers under the trade name of "stock company E" in Ansan-si, a member-gu, and operates a manufacturing company, and the F's wage 2,50,000, retirement pay 2,705,468 won from March 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
