Within the “E Hospital” operated by the victim D(47 years of age and South), the victim D(E Hospital) made a reservation at approximately 13:00 per day in order to receive the nivers treatment, but the nurse of the said hospital was so called 'brupt to be waiting', and the nurse of the said hospital obstructed the victim’s legitimate business by avoiding disturbances for about 5 minutes, such as the livers, and obstructing the victim’s legitimate business.
