Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person subject to registration of sex offense information.

Where the basic personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of the competent police agency within 20 days from the date on which the reason and change occur.

Nevertheless, on January 30, 2018, the Daegu Dong-dong Police Station located in the Daegu Dong-dong, Daegu Dong-gu did not submit a modified statement within the prescribed time limit without good cause, even though Bex X300 vehicles were registered in its own name.
