A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2018, at around 10:40, the Defendant driven Bone Star bus without obtaining a driver's license at approximately 16 km section from the area near the Dongwon-gu, Suwon-si to the front road of about 25 km in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si.
