A. On August 10, 2015, the Defendant publicly announced the bid for the development service of the Grand Art Museum MI (MI) (hereinafter “instant bid”) at Daejeon Metropolitan City’s Daejeon Metropolitan City public announcement on August 10, 2015.

The main contents of the instant tender are as follows.
