A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 8, 2019, from around 01:08 to around 01:25, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) opened at the C convenience store located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) opened to the front of the calculating unit, and opened to the front of the calculating unit while drinking spirits, and opened to the convenience store business of the victim D, who is an employee, by force, by smoking the disturbance, such as cutting the tobacco in a cigarette display box, without permission.
